This allows you to stay in control while receiving professional support exactly where you need it most.
Listing Only Services
This is a flat fee service for landlords who only are interested in having your homes listed on the MLS and having easy, hands-off showing coordination. This may be the service for you.
Maintenance-Only
Flat fee service for landlords who don't want maintenance and repair calls. This is if you only desire bids, services and quick fixes on your unit. Reserves may be required.
Make ready Only Services
Also known as tenant turn-over services. Upon tenant move out, cleaning, repairs, paint, upgrades and listing -prep is prepared for your agent and designed to keep you happy.
Property Inspections Only
For those who only want move-in/out reports. Photo and written documentation is given & used for tenant accountability. No more discrepancies about damages & deposits
Rent Collection Only
You may be a landlord who isn't good at being stern and sticking to deadlines, giving too many chances and don't want tenants being able to talk to you directly. This service is for you and your peace of mind.
Tenant Screening Only
This service is for those landlords who can or have found their own tenants and need assistance with income verification, background checks and reference checks. Clarifying questions will be asked as well.
